Stake Conference

December 8:  Nanette had a peaceful weekend with her family.  She was able to attend the Saturday night session and Sunday morning session of Stake Conference.  Sergio asked her to speak at the morning session of conference and she expressed her thanks to all those in the Stake who have reached out to her with concerns and wishes for her health.  She has been very grateful to all the people who have expressed their love for her family in prayers, thoughts and kind, thoughtful gestures.  She enjoyed seeing so many friends and being with all the people in the Stake whom she and Sergio have learned to love so much.  Thomas S. Monson said "Find joy in the journey" and Nanette has found that joy in the friends and family who have supported and loved her in this journey.
